I tried to downgrade my PS3 using external nand programmer, got both dumps (138412032 bytes) but Flow Rebuilder shows an error "Operation completed with errors, bad block(s) has been found" on both nands. Checked wiring, verified readed dump with programmer twice, no success. Any help much appreciated!

Dunkler - sounds like you have some interferance on your data lines. Your soldered connections need to 100000% solid otherwise you will end up with random bad blocks & ECC errors.

I hope to god you haven't erased your NAND? If not, completely remove your Infectus & start afresh with new wire etc.

How do I create backups? The RAR files don't have a 256MB.bin. I personally don't have any backups of anything here.

Depends on which con you have. The NOR's only have 16MB the other files are stored on the hdd on a owen flash mounted partition (if im not wrong)

I have the CECHA01 & it has two NANDs w/Samsung written on them. I think the motherboard is a COK-002 last time I checked.

Do you mean NAND backups ?And if yes do yo have a hardware flasher ?

  10. #40
Yeah, NAND backups and I do have hardware flasher: the Progskeet v1.1 crystal blue edition, two 360 solderless clips, two PCB Adapters with the 32 pin ribbon cables for dual NAND flashing, the Teensy++, the JTAG, the Infectus 2 with its own programmer, 50 pin ribbon cable.
