The tutorial solve the write problem. So it mainly is to set tristate to low with soldering a wire from gnd to gp2 on the progskeet pcb and to use a lower version of WinSkeet with libusb0 and the option single word program.

Thats it. But the main trick is to set tristate to low. This will do all the job like mushy409 sayed to read/write what ever you want and everything is working on Win7 with 64 Bit too.
