Thanks guys I searched (which I should of really done to begin with lol) and found the fix.

The reg edit didnt work as everytime I opened DNS Plus the entry changed back to what it was.

I uninstalled it, deleted the Simple DNS Plus folder from C:\Program Files, deleted the I336 folder from the Reg and deleted the JH Software folder from the reg too. Reinstalled and yahoo! no evaluation timeout! I then applied a "fix" I found and yahoo! Licened to use!!

Eternal, Im having the same reg edit problems you were experiencing with Simple DNS - the entry keeps changing back to what it was. So im trying what you did, but i cant seem to locate the I336 folder in reg that you deleted - could you tell me where it is?

Okay here is a step by step guide to reinstalling Simple DNS Plus:

Step 1: Donate $50 to PS3News.com

Step 2: Goto Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Simple DNS Plus

Step 3: Goto C:\Program Files and delete the Simple DNS Plus folder

Step 4: Goto Start>Run and type "regedit" (without " ")

Step 5: You'll now be in the Windows Registy Editor. Click the + icon next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then click the + icon next to SOFTWARE. Find the folder called IE4331 and delete. You should still be in the SOFTWARE branch so scroll a little ways down to find a folder called JH Software and delete this folder. You can now close the Registry Editor.

NOTE: It is always a good idea to backup your registry before making any changes. Click File>Export to do this and save it to your HDD.

Step 6: Install Simple DNS Plus and if you followed this guide you should have another 14 days!!

Step 7: (Optional) Repeat Steps 1-6 every 14 days.

good job eternal, however you can avoid this easy, yet annoying process by just using Posadis (google it) and have a perfectly free DNS server. Check pg 18 for a guide on installing and setting up

i'm new to this Firmware Bypassing stuff, i've been using PS3 Proxy Server Tool and everything i've done seems to work until the time i try to login to the PSOnline store and that and it says you have been automatically logged out. I'm Running Firmware 1.31 and i think i have to upgrade to minimum 1.5?? i'm just wondering what firmware i should upgrade to make it work and whats the easiest way to upgrade to that said firmware without buying/renting a game that needs it.

i'm sorry if this has been answered but i dindt wanna read all 50+ pages.
