there isn't enough room inside the ps3 without replacing the stock fan and possibly the cooler but some people have done that and mounted a pc cooler and fan to each chip - looks weird but it works.

Sorry mate but I dont have much time at the moment. If you planning to make one, it's fun, I can tell you Like Anger007 said, there isn't enough room inside the ps3 if you planning to do internal.

Here is a short video of the cooler with my PS3 FAT (dex 4.21 test console). I had reflowed this one after a YLOD and still running strong after hours of testing /playing.
