    Download the 3.55 Firmware from either here http://www.ps3news.com/playstation-3...ecurity-patch/ and then install it from the recovery menu. then install Kmeaw or Waninkoko version 2

    if its geting to 37% and restarting i think your BD drive might be bad and you are getting stuck in an upgrade loop try to go back to offical firmware 3.55 or 3.41 and then use the special lv2diag.self floting around to allow you to upgrade or downgrade with a bad BD Drive.
