Uncharted 3 PS3 EBOOT Fix for 3.55 / 3.41 Custom Firmware Out

Can somebody please help me ? I am using a phat 3.41 PS3 .. I am still using the iPhone 2G method to jail break it.

I did the PSARC thing to the files , then overwrote some folders , deleted camera.txt file , overwrited the eboot file with a 3.41 uncharted 3 fix . But my problem is .. When I load the game (Internal Hard disk) and then I go to my blu-ray .. I can see and hear the uncharted 3 background and music. and as soon as I load the game (press x) I assume that the game was going to work now but no it returns me after a 5 seconds black screen to the ps main menu.

Can somebody please tell me what am I doing wrong ? I'm trying to launch the game with multiman , and multiman offered to fix PARAM.SFO and I said yes. Any suggestions any help will be very much appreciated !

why did you delete the camera.txt?

replace that with the new patched one... movie1 directory.

uh? 7-zip can be used instead of psarc?

7-Zip is just for extracting the Duplex Game file, use psarc for fixing game once you have extracted game file.

Thanks wwywong , I managed to fix it , my problem was fixed by trying the 3.55 Eboot ona 3.41 Firmware .. and it actually worked ! I guess they have the Eboots missed up or something ! But Nates Journal Freezes the game .. I am at chapter 2 and I tried to press select to get the Journal out as soon as they prompt it to you. Does not seem to fix anything :S Am playing the game in 3d , I don't think that would make any difference.

But am still happy.

Samih22, if you do it correctly, Journal will not Freeze. Refer to my last post for more info...

Uncharted 3 Fixer v4 (By Evilnat)

This program fix automatically all the files of Uncharted 3 backup and then you can choose copy auto or manually

Usage:

RECOMMENDED TO MAKE A COPY OF THE BACKUP

APPLYING FIX MANUALLY

(1) Extract RAR content on PC (Desktop for example)

(2) Copy psarc files in it, where the exe is:

• actor33.psarc
• pak23.psarc
• text1.psarc
• bin.psarc

(3) Execute the exe and wait until it finish

(4) When it finish select option "(2) Copy fix manually (MANUAL AND EXITING)"

(5) Copy folder PS3_GAME where is in FIXER folder to your backup, OVERWRITE WHEN IT PROMPTED

(6) Load with Multiman or other backup manager

(7) Enjoy

APPLYING FIX AUTOMATIC

(1) Extract RAR content on PC (Desktop for example)

(2) Copy psarc files in it, where the exe is:

• actor33.psarc
• pak23.psarc
• text1.psarc
• bin.psarc

(3) Execute the exe and wait until it finish

(4) When it finish select option "(1) Copy fix directly to your backup folder (AUTO)"

(5) Now copy your PS3_GAME folder CLEAN OF PATCHS in "ORIGINAL BACKUP\BLESXXXXX" and choose "yes"

(6) Now you can choose delete psarc files or not, as you wish

(7) When program shows if all is complete and it closes rename BLESXXXXX to your backup ID and copy it to internal/external HDD

(8) Load with Multiman or other backup manager

(9) Enjoy

I've just backed up my copy of Uncharted 3 and applied all the fixes, it works flawlessly on 3.55 CFW. I'm going to be very busy on the weekend.
