Uncharted 3 PS3 EBOOT Fix for 3.55 / 3.41 Custom Firmware Out

I've transfered the game directly from my laptop to the internal hdd. And i have transfered it to where all my other games are. My folder is "dev_hdd0/games" will not uncharted work in that folder? All other games do.. Oh, btw i'm on 3.55 kmeaw cfw

Yup, i've restarted the ps3 a couple of time. Maybe i'll try doing the fix again. Btw i have download a version with 3D. Don't know if that have something to do with it.

The 3 files are in the fix in the first page:

• u2-journal-lod0 in actor33 folder
• camera.txt in movie1 folder
• eboot.bin

but you have extract only the actor33 file with the psarc.exe first and then put u2-journal-lod0 in actor33 folder.

See what happens when you press the Eboot.bin file in the Uncharted 3 folder (in file manager). Also make sure you have the Param.sfo file in case it's missing.

Aha i see. Needs test. Can you upload those files ready to be copied, without psarc? Would be a definitive guide noobs-proof, no psarc needed

Hi,i have find a interesing thing. I compared all fix files with the original files and find out that only 3 files are different.

• u2-journal-lod0 in actor33 folder
• camera.txt
• eboot.bin

i replaced only the 3 files and it works (select and no freezes in chapter 9and 11).

That means you don't need extract all psarc files only the one actor33.

When you extract psarc 'actor33' for the 'u2-journal-lod0' file, are you deleting the psarc afterwards or leaving intact ?

Yes you delete the Psarc files after extracting them.

I'm talking about the new fix, where you only need to extract 'actor33.psarc'. The file is 2GB in size and the 'u2-journal-lod0' file is only 1 out of over 2000 files, so can't see the game working without these files, hence seeking confirmation on exact steps required for new fix.

Using the 'Uncharted 3 CFW 3 55 fix PS3 iND' the game loaded, but suffered from the journal bug.

Using 'UC3FULLFiX' for this thread, i get the spinning 'ring' icon and then a black screen. Using the new method, i just get the spinning 'ring' icon. Running on Kmeaw 3.55 CFW, EU Phat PS3.
