I currently running on a dongle CFW, and I was wondering if it was worth changing to this one considering 3.55 EBOOTs seem to still be appearing? And also can I install this one directly from the dongle CFW to Rogero CEX 4.30 v2.00?

Does FTP transfer works on Rogero CFW 4.30 v 1.04?
I have tried every tutorial on FTP transfer but Blackbox FTP server 1.2 always seem to give error code can anyone please help me with this thank you and do appreciate ur help in Advance
Downgrade back to 3.55 with the special downgrader pup, install multiman 4.12.00, then either re-upgrade to 4.30 cfw where you're at now or if you'd prefer to have a solid "Install Package Files" on the xmb go for 4.21 cfw

Delete Blackbox FTP. Open latest multiman in settings there is an option named FTP settings set timeout to never.
With multiman open connect your PC FTP client to the PS3.
I believe the modded games should work fine. I had many games with modified eboots for use on 3.41 CFW. I upgraded to 3.55kmeaw and subsequently to Rogero 4.21 and have had no issues.
will using ftp be taking a chance of being banned since your online, or are you just networked to your pc thru your network and not on the internet?
if both 421 and 430 have all the same exact features, and the only difference is 421 has a few more features, why is there even a 430 here, is there something i'm missing?
