I just wanted to inform everyone that I actually didn't have to do a downgrade from Rogero 4.30.02 to 3.55 to install REBUG 4.30.1 CFW. As long as you had done a correct update from using previous guides on resetting the syscon which Kmeaw is needed for this and making sure that the QA Flag Token was on you should be fine.
I installed this cfw from the recovery menu on a fat ps3 and had no issues at all! As far as the 4.21.2 update I love this with even being on 4.30.1 you can easily switch back to this if you needed to be on DEBUG for example. REBUG you guys rock man this is a great improvement by far!
I also wanted to add that as far as banned users that choose to go on this firmware or what ever cfw you choose which I would choose 4.30.1, PS_Unban still works like a charm! If your on 4.30.1 just open Ps_Unban as usual and go press square and your done, login to PSN and enjoy online gaming!

Anyone know how to remove Singstar from the GAMES XMB? I'm thinking you need to edit the category_game.xml file from Flash0 but I'm not sure how to edit that yet. I've tried before and it wasn't good.
AND while I'm asking, if I swap the category_game.xml from 4.21.1 (As thats my current CFW) when I update to Rebug 4.30.1 will that also move Trophys back to the GAME XMB or will that not work? I like to keep the PSN XMB for Backup loaders only.
I tried it and it DOES work. Get the category_game.xml from Rebug 4.2.1.* and when you update to Rebug 4.30.1 just copy that file back over and reboot. Trophies are moved back to GAMES.

Rebug 4.30.1 I've tried twice now and both times I go to MM and load a game. It then turns off beeps 3 times and red power light flashing.
Worked fine in Rebug 4.21.1 but dead in Rebug 4.30.1
Looks like I'll be downgrading back to Rebug 4.21.2 very shortly.
I have installed InstallPKG – SingStar XMB Replacement Installer by DeanK. Now there is another PKG tool. It still eats space, but do not look like crap, hehe.
