dead or alive 5 after the Dead.or.Alive.5.Eboot.Patch.PS3-DUPLEX - BLES01623 patch. it still ask me update the fw to 4.10 otherwise i cant play. anybody help??

I'm on Kmeaw too ... Some new games (Max Payne, Sleeping Dogs, etc), even when patched, have showed me that screen, but with an option to press circle to cancel, and then they start normally ... are you sure this is not happening to you too?

You can't play it online unless you do the update (which will render the game unplayable anyway on 3.55) but you can skip the update by pressing O and play the single player mode.
