Really? So far I had to patch every game and NO updates work for me. I'm on Rebug 4.21REX and cant get anything to work without a patch. LBPKarting works if I dont update but I still have to patch the eboot.bin to get it working.
How did you patch it and what tools did you use? I tried to do the same but i messed up somehow. I used yours and it works. I want to try to do the same for the 1.01 update. Any help would be welcomed.
weird i havent patched a single game since rogero 4.21 and they all work fine in multiman press square click update let it download update install it and play from disc little big planet karting needed update bd mirror and have to play from disc wont work discless, and yes as I QUOTED BEFORE doa real repack does not freeze all other releases have froze or not booted and it does not only freeze in story mode also in fight mode it freezes as well... GET REAL REPACK for doa5 UPDATE IN MULTIMAN N PLAY no fixed eboots needed
I'm on rebug 4.21 rex, lbp karting has been the only game I've had an issue with, but did not use bd mirror. I'll update it tonight and use that option to see if it works.
Still would like to know how to fix update pkg for future reference though.
on the doa 5 real repack tried deleting and reinstalling patch 1.02 straight from multiman and install pkg files, using bd mirror, and deleting saved data and restarting chapter and have just passed onto the next stage no freezing looks like real repack works after all. playing from disk icon disk in ps3
