I had the same problem yesterday as yours.. I redownload a new resident evil 6 blus version again at different links and now it works fine. Yours is likely to be bad or downloading damaged it. Redownloading a new links.. Do not download the same links you downloaded before. A new one. I did and works fine with this patched fix.
