PSN Games Decrypted for PS3 Custom Firmware 3.55 by DUPLEX!

If I'm not mistaken I believe MX v ATV Alive was one of the rare games which never worked on 3.41! The fix would allow title to boot and the game would be playable for the first race then would freeze when attempting to get back to the main menu. I'm almost certain this was an odd unfixable problem. it worked fine on 3.55 tho.

Unless the updates fix anything or (and obviously please prove me wrong here) another fix was made then 3.41 users could not play this succesfully.

Try it with the orginal eboot, sounds like your eboot is the modded one.

i thought it was established it just doesn't work on 3.41. I don't want to come off stuck up, or w/e, but why even be on 3.41 when 3.55 is everything it is?

first go to game data tool and delete anything related to MX vs. ATV Alive
install update 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04 (dont skip any of them and dont change the order)
install the fix...

3.41 is ancient now. There is absolutely no risk to be on 3.55, and it's been there for 1+years. Safe to say 3.55 should be the one to be on. No point to be on 3.41 anymore.

I agree with wwywong 100%. When 3.55 CFW first came out I had 3.41. I updated it once to Kmeaw and enjoying it everytime like hell. Everyone on 3.41 can update to 3.55 CFW. I can say you all will enjoy more.

Play with this FIX and 4 updates, it works but after running the first race crashes and you have to restart the PS3.
