Yes it's entirely in english. It appears their eboot must be universal and localization addressing is elsewhere in the game maybe? In any case, ya all english.

First of all, a big thank you to all parties involved in bringing us all of those new games. Now, my question is: any chances of getting UFC Undisputed 3 for 3.55?

I did not have any hopes of seeing it cracked as it requires 4.01, but since TTT2 is out, and it originally needed 4.21, it might be worth asking.
