Can confirm that the Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Duplex release works on 3.55 KMEAW, I haven't tested the update though.

Yes, It works, with BLES01702-[TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2] DUPLEX. I tried Update 1.01 re-packaged for BLES01702

Is the BLES01702 1.01 update repack (Installing pkg alone will have 1.01 update)? OR we need to download official update 1.01 first, and they apply patch? Any DLC for this game?

as far as i know, no dlc. if the fix pkg is the same size as the update, you can generally just download the fix. it also doesn't hurt or probably take much time to do both.
