OK now if that's the case then this explains it. There's no way of getting this working from external, without bd mirror set to on AND with a disc in the drive. As the bd mirror option requires a disc to be in the drive I believe.

So I assume here that you load ALL your games from app/home? or do you direct boot everything from within multiman?

yeah i do both, i direct boot and i also load from app/home...

i've been trying from internal however there is no way of getting past world tour movie.

i guess i should stop while i'm ahead...

Loading from internal WITHOUT a BD drive is a combination I am not sure will work tbh

You have got the ltest Multiman or at least v04.04.00 or above on your machine? As this will allow the bd mirror option to work. Other than that It certainly will not run from external with bd mirror AND no disc in drive (or in your case ..no drive) so that option is out.

What you really need here is someone who has got this running from internal WITHOUT a working bd drive to give you some pointers.

Ok seriously its kind of annoying seeing message after message of everyone not being able to get this SSX to work everyone is replacing files and what not here is step by step a 100% sure fire way to get SSX (us) version working.

1. Do not replace any files. If you have here.. http://www.mediafire.com/?jqlg1w19488w6j4 and put original files back. If you have installed any data or saves delete all of it and start from scratch.
2. Download this patch and install through install package files. http://www.mediafire.com/?1gc46i5tv6j7nhd.
3. Thats it works internal/external. Do not set bd mirror on, do not do anything.
4. Play the game through multiman by just selecting the game. No select x no nothing. Works 100%
5. Easy peasy ENJOY.

Is the skyrim 1.6 patch that was released really 1.6 or was it 1.7? My ingame system menu shows that the version is 1.7.13.0.6. According to this site (uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Patch) that is the latest version and its not even 1.6... which of course is a good thing because its got more bug fixes!

It is technically 1.7, 1.6 was never released for the PS3.
