No man, that is the japanese update. The updates contain all extra stuff (DLC) , bug fixes and improvements. But you need the actual authorized flag files to unlock them. The update alone doesn't unlock anything. That is why you find many dlc fixes that are only around 100 kb. They are just .edat and unlocking files without the *private user encryption*.

Don't forget kof xiii us release. All 1.02 fixed updates freeze the game randomly before a fight. On dongle, kmeaw, etc... So, not working. Strangely enough the old eboot didn't do that.

I'm sure children of eden and puss in boots are already available. Children of eden I have a version on my PS3 already. Puss in boots I remember reading in this thread, duplex released the patch I believe.

Isn't Shadows of the Damned already fixed? Child of Eden is also cracked already - it's one of pr0pJ0e's releases, IIRC.
