Yea, I got those DLC and install them but when I try to play the Harley Quinn DLC it says it needs the latest update and boots me back to the main menu of the game.

All other DLC works I think. I'm not sure where to find Nightwing or Robin or the skins but they are there somewhere.

is the Warhammer 40k space marines fix only for the psn release (NPEB00648) or does it work for the CLANDESTINE PS3 Release ?

I got the harley DLC working. I deleted everything and reinstalled it and it works now but it does ask for update 1.04 when you boot up the game.

For anyone else with that problem just edit the PARAM.SFO and change it from 1.00 to 1.04 or above.
