I hope this helps. this is a program that can format any hard drive. I myself used a 3tb for my backups and it works fine. This is for widows 7. all you do is double click the program and select the drive you want format and then click format and let it do its job.
Well this "fixed" version of "The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition" is exactly the same size as the original release of the unfixed version of the game (429.18 MB). So it probably hasn't been fixed yet, you can try unpacking the .PKG and checking the Param.sfo file to make sure of that but it's safe to say that it hasn't been fixed.
I get the same error code when installing some packages, and I'm in 3.55 Waninkoko. For some like Angry Birds and Crysis I got the error installing the fix, but luckily I found alternative 3.41 fixes that worked. All Duplex releases apparently work fine, but I don't know where this error comes from...

HOW TO PLAY:
1-Install PKG
2-Place .edat file under /dev_hdd0/home/00000001/exdata/
Use MultiMan's File Manager to copy UP0006-NPUB30464_00-CRASHBUY000000NA.edat to /dev_hdd0/home/00000001/exdata/
The folder '00000001' is your user profile id. If you have only one profile -- that is the only folder you'll see under /home/ catalog.
In case you have multiple profiles, copy the *.edat file to the one that you will be playing the game from.
If the folder 'exdata' is not present that means you've never been logged to PSN -- create it manually and put fixed file in it.
