Ok, installing the Rebug Toolbox i can see the display info that i'm with the QA Flac activated, and that i'm in CEX mode. Now, even with a format, i have the same problem. Maybe i should change it from CEX to rebug mode? Some suggestions?
if your problem is the 9.99 vesrion number and your now toggled Qa just install ofw 3.55 and then go from there installing 3.55 ofw will set your version number right.
Wanted to get an even further update on that Uncharted 3 do not install updates 1.15 or previous through multi-man, game did start and play but the Journal froze when opening it, previous post a few pages back with freeze fix works 100% but don't update it. And also when you do what is required in that fix you wont have any files over 4 gigs so youll be able to play from external without all that splitting files crap. Game now works 100%

Trying to install ofw 3.55, or 3.55kmeaw don't work, or gives the 9.99 screen, or starts updating and stops saying there are files corrupt.
Maybe was because of my first rebug 3.55 rex pup, because i re-downloaded and even with recovery mode asking for a usb pen with 9.99 or higher it let me install it. Then, i go to recovery again, 3.55 official and finally installed correctly
Well i can say i was not expecting this, because i follow the guides, but this was only because of the downgrade thing, installing a 3.55 or less seems to be very smooth. But overall i think this Ermac CFW seems to be the most stable for the moment
