PS3 3.66 backup on 3.55 cfw

I've been searching a lot for the answer but couldn't find exactly what I'm asking for. But my old ps3 was upgraded to 3.66 and the new one is 3.55 with cfw. I'm selling the old but didn't know how transfer all of my stuff without psn. Any help would be greatly appreciated
