    what firmware are you on? if 3.55 put the console into factory service mode and reinstall

    At worst, try to format your HDD with a computer, or change it with a new one

    have you used a downgrader and thats the problem or what.. try for more info on exactly what you've done before the problem occurred and all that so we can help as its a bit hard to guess for us..
