PS2 Test System

I just recently picked these up. I found the master disk program I need to run import disk fine, though I'm having two problems. One, I can't access the downloads unless I post enough here. I'll try to find time to contribute to the community if needed, but if anyone could help me out by emailing it to me that would be much appreciated.

Two, I'm assuming this is something that needs to be put on each disk somehow? Does anyone understand how this works?

Thanks for the help in advance everyone. Back to the PS3 for now..

FYI: Two quality posts/replies is all it takes to move to the Registered User class for the downloads.

It's located here: http://www.ps3news.com/forums/downlo...?do=file&id=17

I definitely will, thank you! I'll probably need help as I don't really know what to do with this program to make burned and most importantly, import disks work. I'm assuming all disks need to be copies of the game itself with this code somehow in the beginning of the disk or something?

Oh, also, is there a way to play DVD movies through a patch on the firmware or something on the Test system?

Btw, since you guys were so nice.. here are my two systems I just received. The psone has a PLETHORA of different video out ports and parallel ports and what not in the back. Also, the power adaptor is different.. it's in blue.

yes you need a iso of the game and you select the main exe in the app to be patched.

it will start with something similar to slusxxxx
and can be found easily inside the iso, on the original game disc itself, or on the games box.

the rest of the options should be pretty self explanatory.

then just burn it.

Cool guys, if I have problems I'll go ahead and post them. For now, I was wondering if it was possible to see what was on the hdd? I didn't see it in the browser, so was just curious.

The program is windows only, so I'll have to do it on Boot Camp on my mac, so I'll fill you guys in.

Hey, back again. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck making DVD movies work on a Test PS2. I know people here were talking about somehow getting the firmware on a ps2 HDD, but I wasn't sure if that's been done yet or not.

Thanks
