For multi-disc games

I assume you cannot use the swap method for multi disc RPGs (like Shadow Hearts Covenant). How would you make the disc switch when it asks you to during the game? Just wondering if anyone knows a concrete answer to this. Thanks.

wut i've heard is that u just save the game. turn off the ps2 and then boot cd2. i dont have the game myself but this is what i've heard online.

other multi disc games such as xenosaga 2 didn't seem to have any problems.

so wut my guess is that u should have no problems booting multidisc games with sm.

Hmm

But when you turn the PS2 off, and you boot disc 2 (With swap magic)..wouldn't the game want you to use disc 1 (because you saved the game on the first disc).? Or does the game assume that you can boot disc 2 with the save one disc 1? I'm probably not making much sense :P But thanks to anyone who can figure this out.

In Xenosaga 2, you just save when you finish disc 1 and then you just put in disc 2 and it gets the info from your save file. You just use swap magic and boot up disc 2.

I've heard there are 2 disc games that won't work as easily as Xenosaga 2 and Shadow Hearts 2. If you ever run into any of those games you could always just rent it.
