286,102.29 MiB ÷ 1,024 =
279.40 GiB
The other 21 GB you are referring to
doesn't exist. HDD packages report sizes in decimal gigabytes (1 gigabyte = 1 billion bytes), while computers report their size in hexadecimal gigabytes (1 gigabyte = 1,024 megabytes = 1,073,741,824 bytes). This is the
exact same confusion that has caused people so much grief trying to put 4.7 GiB files onto their 4.7 GB (4.37 GiB) DVDs.
P.S.: ToxicOS is stored in the 2 MiB flash memory on the DMS4 Pro (E.Z.I.) chip itself.
