Thomas Train and friends CD to DVD conversion

Hi.

I followed your guide, and 1. attempt (verified on simulator) didn't work. Then I tried again (still following you guide) and patched the programs. And Voila! first DVD of Thomas Train working in the simulator!
But, still not working in the PS2 !

So I took another CD game (which my children is not asking for anymore), but still good enough for your guide. It worked (no patching), both simulator and PS2.

Then I took the DVD (of Thomas train) and threw it into the PS2 and started LaunchElf from my Memor32, and went into the disk-tool. And Thomas train is the only DVD I can't see the contents of, so the problem might be that I don't have any original DVD's with a large enough TOC?

I need to investigate further. But you brought me at least one step further to solving this mystery.

In the meanwhile I would still appreciate greatly if anyone who knows how to solve this gives me the solution!
