This new tool will create Playstation2 DVD or CD ISO's from IML files. This stand-alone version is similar to the one built into Apache2 but has updated code, including the ability to allow the user to redirect the current path for a file when the tool is unable to locate it in the expected folder. It will also create the ISO faster.

I've just updated it to 1.01 though - Fixed a bug that didn't always add padding to the end of the iso. Also improved the code so it truncates the path of the file its adding if it was too long to fit in the single display line.

Wow… there was a question I never expected to read. Anyway, an .iml file is an "intermediate locator" file used by Sony CD/DVD-ROM Generator that contains all pertinent data and lists the full path of each file of a disc image project.

So with this tool I can make working 1:1 backups of my PS2 games.....including Fifa Street, to use with my swapmagic 2.0 on my v7 system???

i keep getting the fault below when trying to use this programe

I was using this tool to rebuilt the Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance ISO. I used my own iml file and the iml file that I downloaded from our forum. However, both time when i use Iml2DVD v1.01 to rebuilt the Iso image, it stuck at 72~-75%. I closed it and check the Iso file's size was about 4.3 or 4.6GB. My drive was NTFS format so it must support file larger than 4G.

I wonder if IMl2DVD v1.01 support file larger than 4.7Gb? Otherwise, why does IML2DVD stuck always at 72~75%?
