You do not make an afs file this tool will extract the files from a file with the file extension .AFS as are the files in Devil May Cry 3 they almost always have the same file structure.The other answer to your question is he evidently mispelled the word maybe due to english translation. I think he meant to use the word table which would refer to the LBA table that lies in the .AFS file which is used to tell us the file location starting addresses and file length and other info.

Found small bug! When extracting table, if file have a length of 0 it will make a filelength of about 300MB and then decrease after each 0 file!
