I've had difficulty using the 'Import' function in the Xtreme Legends expansion (for the Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors series) to remix the characters from the original games. I have the Swap Magic 3.3 and the slim PStwo, btw.
For instance, if I try using the import function on Samurai Warriors: Xtreme Legends, it'll ask me to swap in the disc for Samurai Warriors (presumably so it can read the character data). Fine; I take out the 'plug' (actually, I use a tissue ball) for the front sensor and the Xtreme Legends backup stops spinning. I then put in a Samurai Warriors backup and close the lid, which causes the game to read and spin up. Unfortunately, Xtreme Legends then tells me that I have put in an "improper disc." I get the same problem if I try to give up, upon which it prompts me for the Xtreme Legends disc but spits out an "improper disc" message when I put in the backup.
I'm guessing that Koei and Omega Force have made it so that the Xtreme Legends games do an additional media check whenever a swap is needed, in which case I am probably out of luck; I may be wrong, though. Any ideas or suggestions?
