This was not for homebrew it was for official developers. The thought process behind this was to allow devs to release titles in a short time, and get the most out of their previous titles. If you have noticed the most released thing on this system right now are movies, old movies. There are more movies than games released for this system. The devs are more conscern with the upcomming systems and therefore we will be left shafted and relying on homebrews and emuls to whet our thurst.
