Under the explorer tab, you need to expand the PSP_GAME folder. Most of the important files are located in a folder called 'USRDIR'. Look for the fmv folder from there and relink your videos.
I haven't tried it myself yet on this game, but some UMDS are heavly compressed in which you see one or 2 huge files which aren't extractable. unless someone creates a tool for it.
