To be honest - we are not totally sure, it does not have an english readme / guide like NDT's app does, but...
If I had to take a guess, the "key.bin" is definitely not any decryption key, its mostlikely the binary data that is used (the magic blocks), which is the pattern used for it processing said data.
It would be nice if ifcaro could answer the question, as he would have the answer.
