Titan Studios Announce Fat Princess for PS3, Hits PSN in 2009
A press release from Epic Games China has officially announced the opening of Titan Studios, the developer of the upcoming PlayStation 3 game dubbed Fat Princess.
Press Release: - Epic Games China, Ltd. today announced the opening of Titan Studios, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary based in Seattle, Wash. Titan Studios was formed to create original games that incorporate exceptional production values along with core technologies that extend the functionality of Epic Games' award-winning Unreal Engine 3, and also to provide additional time zone support to partners using Epic Games China's outsourcing services.

Titan Studios is home to a team of senior developers with experience at companies including Ubisoft, Epic Games, Scion Studios, Blizzard Entertainment and Lionhead Studios. The core of the team, previously operating as Darkstar Industries, began production on Sony's acclaimed Fat Princess game prior to its unveiling this summer. Unannounced Unreal Engine 3 based projects are in development, including a massively multiplayer online game (MMOG).

Titan Studios, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Epic Games China, Ltd., is based in Seattle, Wash.
