Sony European PSN Game Store Updates for June 6, 2012

Sony's Jawad Ashraf of the PlayStation Store Team is here with this weeks European PSN Game Store updates today, as follows:

With http://www.e3expo.com/ going on this week things have been super busy for us here at SCEE. I'm sure many of have been keeping up to date through our blog or other means but let's not forget the usual store update.

PlayStation Plus users, if you haven't seen so already, do check out Ross's post here on the changes and what new content you can expect. You'll get awesome games such as Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown, inFAMOUS2 and LittleBigPlanet 2. Definitely not something you want to miss out on.

Available on PlayStation Store today, you can get your hands on Sega's Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown at either a base game level, or Complete Edition which includes character customisations.

We've also got FIFA 12 and UEFA EURO 2012 available as a bundle for you to enjoy, Shellshock Nam '67 as a new PS2 title and of course various DLC pieces for titles such as Dragon's Dogma and Test Driver Unlimited 2.

There's also a host of new trailers going up today and throughout the week for titles shown at E3, so keep an eye on PlayStation Store for those.

Well - it's not really "free", is it? You need to pay PSN+ sub and - frankly - majority of the "free" games has been on sale on PSN+ before so lot of people have purchased them in the past already or have the BD versions of full games etc. So from 10 free games you might get actually 2 or 3 new ones only. So while it might not be a bad deal for someone fairly new to PS3 for most of the "oldtimers" it's not as good.

Not exactly sure how do you mean that but either way I'm trying to count it's not ...

First of the free is only the basic version not a full game, secondly monthly or yearly PSN+ sub is still higher than basic or full version of the game.

well i say free as i've had plus for ages and its paid for itself many times over with discounts and monthly free stuff. though you're right its not free. but try buying all those games for that priice somewhere. and yes i've played most before but haven't got all platinums yet, so this gives me chance to do so without buying or hiring.. its a great deal!!!

oh and btw vf5 sucks as a game even for free.. LOL
