Rumor: PS3 Firmware 2.40 Update confirmed for June 18th?

Dutch Web site PlayStation Only has been told that Firmware 2.40 is 100% confirmed for a release on June 18th.

The previous reported date of June 10th is incorrect, our source told us. Only In-game XMB has been confirmed so far.

However, it's likely that there will also be Trophy support in it.

Needless to say, this is dubbed a rumor until the day (and the PS3 Firmware Update) arrives.

yeah i can't wait till this update. but why were people saying "it'll come out BEFORE mgs4" ?? i mean it SHOULD, but i just dont know why it isn't.
