Rockstar: GTA Liberty City Episodes Are Coming to PS3 and PC

Today Rockstar Games have confirmed that Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City are coming to Sony's PS3 entertainment system and the PC platform via Windows Live on March 30, 2010.

New York, NY - January 29, 2010 - Rockstar Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), is pleased to announce the much anticipated release of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Games for Windows® - LIVE on March 30, 2010. For the first time, PS3 and Games for Windows - LIVE players will have the opportunity to experience the last two thrilling chapters of the Grand Theft Auto IV saga.

The two action packed episodes will also be available for download on the PlayStation®Network and Games for Windows - LIVE on March 30, 2010. Each episode takes place in the same detailed and immersive world that made Grand Theft Auto IV one of the most critically acclaimed games of all time.

Games for Windows - LIVE players can enjoy 32-player multiplayer matches and an advanced video editor, and all fans will experience new songs on the updated soundtrack as featured across Liberty City's 13 diverse radio stations, alongside in-game television and Liberty City's own internet.

The Lost and Damned is a dark trip through Liberty City's seedy underbelly as outlaw biker, Johnny Klebitz, fights to keep his gang together as a rift in the gang's leadership threatens to tear the brotherhood apart.

In The Ballad of Gay Tony, players explore Liberty City's high-end nightlife as Luis Lopez, struggling to balance the temptations of money and vice against loyalties to family and friends. Both episodes feature a slew of new vehicles and weapons, and each episode adds new activities including cage fighting, gang wars and BASE jumping.

Sorry buddy, but gta is far from crap, you should give it a try and check out liberty city on the next generation consoles. GTA4 was one of the best games I've ever played, memorable, great gameplay and good graphics. GTA4 did so many things good that most of us are ready to drive through liberty city again, because its just super fun!! Dont forget GTA4 was a 10 out of 10 for most reviewers and this DLC printed on a disk is based of that great game.

Sorry buddy, but gta is far from crap, you should give it a try and check out liberty city on the next generation consoles. GTA4 was one of the best games I've ever played, memorable, great gameplay and good graphics. GTA4 did so many things good that most of us are ready to drive through liberty city again, because its just super fun!! Dont forget GTA4 was a 10 out of 10 for most reviewers and this DLC printed on a disk is based of that great game.

GTA IV is crap, its not even Liberty City anymore its totally different they should have left it the way it was in GTA 3 and made the graphics better, speaking of graphics they weren't very good it seems as if they used different shades of brown for the back drop.

Game play was terrible, especially the physics engine your character can trip over just about anything and fall to the ground, not to mention who's idea was it to implement a mobile phone and have other characters call you to ask if you'd like to do something with them.

The GTA series is far from dead, I just think the implementation of GTA IV was terrible, GTA IV showed promise but didn't deliver graphics, story line, side missions, "Realism" (FAIL), all sucked. The whole point of GTA is to do stuff in a city that you wouldn't / shouldn't do in real life, all of the GTA's up until now have been arcadey and that's what made them fun Rockstar went overboard trying to make IV "Realistic".
