PSN Video hints that TV Channels are coming to the PS3?

A video available on the PS Store called "What You Need" clearly shows a listing of TV channels.

The channels shown that can be made out from the video include HBO, NBC, Discovery Channel, Cartoon Network, CBS, and MTV.

To quote: New PS3 commercial (What you need) this video came out on the Japanese PSN, I just remastered it in 1080p.

So this isn't a hint for PlayTV...? In Korea I think they have some VOD service (IPTV), maybe this could be it but for JP... I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens...
