Update: PS3 Firmware Update v1.32 (USA) is now available directly from $ony's Web site. The only changes officially listed are:

New for 1.32: The online gaming functionality of the system software has been updated.

coheedcollapse let us know in THIS Forum thread that via Network Update PS3 Firmware v1.32 is now available! No word on the changelog just yet, as $ony's official PS3 Site still shows only v1.31... similar to their PSP Site which still shows only v3.02. More to come on this soon!
