    So did this actually fix any of the freezing and so on in GTA IV and what other game there was bugs on.

    No... the patch 1.02 for GTA IV is out to address these bugs. The 2.36 is mainly a security patch (it prevents the debug fw install through HDD swapping among other fixes).

    Correct, 2.36 actually blocks a Web browser hole, and regarding the Debug FW HDD swapping we haven't updated our Site News yet but... NDT got some help from ggparallel today, and they think they may have a work-around already so you can continue installing Debug FW/HDD Swapping but NDT is going to do more testing tomorrow to know for sure.
