PlayStation Digital Comics Store Update for January 7, 2010

PlayStation Store Senior Manager Grace Chen has posted this week's PSN digital comics store update, as follows:

Happy new year everyone! Here's this week's update on the new comics being published to PlayStation Store today. Just like we do with the game and video stores, we'll be providing weekly updates of all the new content coming to PSN.

Just a couple things to note: this week we are releasing The Avengers, Daredevil and Civil War #1- #7 from http://marvel.com/.

If you haven't tried digital comics for the PSP yet, this is just a friendly reminder to update your PSP firmware, download the digital reader (which you can access under the Extras icon on the XMB) and visit the Comics tab on PlayStation Store. There are over a dozen free comics to download. Enjoy!

Does anyone know in which countrys the service is available and how many comics ?

This is a cool idea. I wonder if they will extend it to the PS3. I guess it wouldn't have the same appeal though as it isn't mobile.
