Featured New Releases
Train - California 37
Although seemingly omnipresent through commercials, soundtracks and radio, Train hasn't always had it easy, but continues to shatter through the space of a pop genre that is not always guaranteed.
Now with one of their fastest-rising single to date, "Drive By," they prove dominance once again. The pop hooks show no mercy, destined to be stuck in your head for at least a few hours.
The rest of the album follows suit, with the clear influence of collaborator Butch Walker laced in many of the tracks.

Recommended Track: "This'll Be My Year"
Jason Mraz - Love Is A Four Letter Word
You can always count on Jason Mraz to be musically consistent - although maybe not so much timely. Nearly a solid four years between albums, Mraz likes to take his time instead of writing an album in a vacuum like many artists do between tours.
To tide fans over, he released several live albums since 2008 (arguably his signature style) including, most recently, "LIVE is a Four Letter Word", with four new tracks from this latest studio effort. As someone with such a recognized live presence, it makes sense that this album feels as personal as it does, a reflection of the deliberate efforts of a signature songwriter.

Recommended Track: "Who's Thinking About You Now"
Dry the River - Shallow Bed
In 2010, Mumford & Sons exploded onto the music scene, driving a seemingly unclassifiable genre into the limelight. Now, three years later, everyone seems to have their answer to the Mumford anomaly, most recently Of Monsters and Men and Noah and the Whale.
However, there is very little formula involved into this fresh new genre, which allows interpretation like Dry the River's to form their own identity. Even louder, more somber and more harmonized, the clear pop sensibilities of songs like "New Ceremony," "Bible Belt" and "No Rest" prove the potential of the mainstream success Mumford enjoyed.
However, it's the devastatingly heavy, "Weights and Measures," that is the true gem of this album, a knee-jerk and tear-jerk ballad that could drive this genre into a new niche of ballad-loving Adele fans.
