    New Sony PS3 and PSN Releases for the Week of April 30, 2012

    Sony Senior Social Media Specialist Rey Gutierrez is here with the new PS3, PS Vita and PSN releases for the upcoming week today!

    To quote: This week's The Drop returns with a gang busters of games on PS Vita, PSN and PS3 - including PSone and PS2 classic gems. Mortal Kombat on PS Vita brings the PS3 experience and uppercuts it straight onto the palm of yours hands.

    Packed with an exclusive PS Vita challenge tower, classic character costumes and all four DLC kombatants.

    Hardcore FPS fans will be served with a three main entrees of destruction with Battlefield 2: Bad Company, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops.

    Both Call of Duty titles come fully packaged with DLC content, and all three FPS juggernauts are PS3 digital downloads.

    I was told Mortal Kombat on Vita is banned in Australia so anyone who lives there shouldn't look for it in the PSN Store as it wont turn up again.

    apparently you can make an english or american psn account and buy banned or unavailable games from there and play it on aussie account

    Didn't know ps2 games were on psn lol. Now if only I could get NFS: Most wanted...

    Nope, you can't. It's not possible to purchase content on Vita on one PSN account and play it on another (unlike on PS3).

    Isn't there anyway you could somehow use a VPN or proxy to download it? Well at least we can buy the game online.

    2 grandpahomer, thanks mate.. wasn't sure but thought be same as ps3. i don't own a vita obviously but really thought would be same.. oh well just buy from net then.

    No you can't. Not on PSP and PS Vita you can only do that on PS3. For Aussies they will have to import it from New Zealand or England.

    Stupid laws as you can import it cheaper anyway so they aren't stopping anyone from playing it really.
