It's been awhile since our last update on PC drivers for PlayStation 3 DualShock 3 and SixAxis controllers, and recently MotionInJoy have updated them to version 0.5 Alpha which allows for using two or more PS3 DS3 gamepads on a single BlueTooth dongle.

To quote: PlayStation 3 controller (Dualshock 3 or SixAxis) driver for Windows. MotionInJoy drives your PlayStation 3 controller on Windows as a general game controller with motion sensor.
I try to improve something following list:
1. Two or more controllers connect to one Bluetooth Dongle at the same time (only compatible with few dongles at the moment).
2. More stable bluetooth connection (Vibration level change too fast, will disconnect the bluetooth connection with version 0.4).
3. Directx mode vibration driver.
4. Add original Xbox controller supporting.
5. Driver install program.
The driver install function is integrated into ds3_tool. Because some one often forget run as administrator, by this way it will restart as administrator automatically if you need to install the driver and windows will alarm user the program need elevated permission.
Internet requirement: From this version the program will automatically load UI files from local if you are offline. But if you Internet is online the program will load some little ad, sorry for this arrangement.
Because I have to pay this project expenses, for example: I have bought 10+ bluetooth dongles, and 3 xbox360 controllers and 1 wireless receiver and this web server.
BTW: I plan to applied for digital sign for Microsoft windows. Donate any amount to MotioninJoy is welcome. No profile editor with offline at the moment, but you can select saved custom profile, I'll add the profileeditor to local. Sorry for my English.
Note: For everyone still having problems with the driver not working when you're not connected to the internet, simply go to the OPTIONS tab, choose your controller mode and click ENABLE. You MUST do this every time you want to use the driver while not connected to the internet. I think you have to click VIBRATION TESTING for the vibration to work as well but I'm not 100% sure.
Also, if you're using a third-party keymapper such as xpadder or joy2key, your analog sticks WILL NOT work until you've done this.
