Today Sony's Social Media Manager Jeff Rubenstein has announced that L.A. Noire PS3 downloadable content (DLC) is now available on PSN.

To quote: In our excitement, we accidentally left the L.A. Noire DLC out of the Store post last night. If you're enjoying L.A. Noire anywhere near as much as I am, you'll be happy to know that a number of DLC options are now available on the Store, including the PS3-exclusive Consul's Car pack-in voucher.

Rockstar had this to say: Rockstar Games have announced the full details of L.A. Noire's extensive list of downloadable content. Starting today, and continuing through the summer months, several standalone cases, collectibles and challenges will be released via PlayStation Network, including all of the pre-order exclusive unlockable bonus content as well as a free downloadable weapon.

Starting today, players will be able to purchase the [Register or Login to view links], a new way to pre-order and purchase DLC that gives players access to all of the upcoming downloadable content for L.A. Noire, available for a limited-time (until June 16th) discounted price of just $9.99 on PlayStation Network.

Then, later this summer, look for two brand new DLC cases. The "Nicholson Electroplating" Arson case (coming June 21st) and the "Reefer Madness" Vice case (coming July 12th).

The L.A. Noire Rockstar Pass includes all the following: "The Broderick" Detective Suit, "The Sharpshooter" Detective Suit, "The Badge Pursuit Challenge" & "The Button Man" Detective Suit, "The Naked City" Vice Case, "A Slip Of The Tongue" Traffic Case, "Nicholson Electroplating" Arson Case and "Reefer Madness" Vice Case. Individual items will become available to download through the L.A. Noire in-game store as they release.

In addition anyone in North America who purchased a copy of [Register or Login to view links] for PlayStation 3 can now download the exclusive case, "The Consul's Car" Traffic Case.

Stay tuned for more details and information on these L.A. Noire DLC cases in the weeks to come and check below for the full breakdown of L.A. Noire downloadable content pricing and release dates.

Took me 5 million times to try and connect to the store within the game. When i wanted to connect my system hanged.

Solved it by first resuming a game and then exciting the game again to the main menu after which it would connect to the store.

Got myself an nice Rockstar pass.

regret returning this game to the store now.. (i finished to platinum within 7 days) but i still used the dlc code that came with the game for badge pursuit and city.. LOL

its good they're releasing new cases so soon, but the game should have had 10 more cases to begin with i guess.. excellent game non the less..

I hate all this milking DLC business - game itself was IMO nothing extraordinary (another over hyped piece) - yes - the graphcis and technology behind might be great but that would not be simply enough to make a great game, it's about playability and I got bored already at the Jewellery store

Then I've had a few hours of fun running down the people on the sidewalks with the cars, chasing train, blowing up the petrol stations, running over my partner, sinking cars in the lakes and after discovering it's not possible to ride bus, tram or train to my big disappointment I'd probably hardly play this game again ...

The Game play was Excellent IMO. The storyline of the game was kinda boring.

They need to remake Mafia 2 with LA Noire's Game play and Graphics.

Yeah, there are a lot of DLC available for CFW all over the internet and also here (http://www.ps3news.com/forums/ps3-cf...tml#post406372). But if you want to use new DLC you will have to wait and hope it is fixed.

I do hope it is fixed though, I think I've done all the cases at least twice.
