IF and I only say this out of all the people wanting PS3s to be banned as I still dont see $ony doing it but this is the perfect time to open PSN back up with all the bypasses and ban everyone that plays Kilzone 3 before the release date.

Even so, when it does open up just look at the trophy date as Mbb said above.

I still think they wont and cant ban consoles. There is no proof of tampering as its never opened so there is no proof and reason for the ban. THATS why they can't/won't do it.

Whats the point? The single player game is only 8hrs long, will take me longer to download that than to play it and the main selling point of this game is online play. Do you really want to risk being banned from the PSN for playing an 8hr single player game? Dumbasses.
