[IMGW]http://media.1up.com/media?id=3348167[/IMGW]A mobile game is being ported to the DS! Yay! Why should you care? Well, because this mobile game -- Orcs and Elves, specifically -- just so happens to be one of 1UP's highest-rated mobile titles ever, and it's made by the folks at id Software.

Id confirmed the DS port of Orcs and Elves today at E3 (via Eurogamer). The DS version is in development by John Carmack and his team at Fountainhead Entertainment, the same folks who brought us the also-quite-good http://www.1up.com/do/gameOverview?cId=3139159 -- also a mobile release.

Details on what will be new to the DS version of this action-RPG are light, but expect more info to hit the net very soon.
