Today Atlus' Manager of Public Relations and Sales Aram Jabbari has announced that 3D Dot Game Heroes is going retro on PS3 this coming May and shared a launch trailer (below).

I dont understand all the press for this game over atlus localizing it... the game doesnt have a lot of dialog or a lot to really translate not to mention everything plays nearly 1:1 with zelda =\
though the game is nearly a perfect remake of zelda one, with loads to do... *the plat should take you 100+ hours to get* I still feel this game will do as poorly as it did in japan, it just lacks the popularity in anything past the smaller circles... however i cant wait for the US release *since if me + the 2 or so other people on gamefaqs, cant figure out how to get the remaining swords they should be discovered =3*
