Uncharted Waters Setting Sail on PlayStation 3 Next Year

Update: The PS3 version will feature enhanced visuals and a new interface. Now it appears that the game might use the same servers, but that hasn't been confirmed.

Koei's PC title Uncharted Waters will be sailing swiftly onto PS3 in 2009.

Not to be confused with the similarly named jungle-romp Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, in Uncharted Waters Online, you take on the role of a character from one of Europe’s seafaring nations including Portugal, Spain, England, and more.

From your base in Lisbon, Seville, London, or another of the headquarter cities, you may choose the path of the adventurer, the merchant, or the soldier and make your fortune on the seas.
