PS3 Slim 250GB NFS Shift Edition is Now Available in Europe

Just a day after the first PS3 250GB bundle gray box was spotted at a European retailer comes news of another.

This time, it's the previously announced Need for Speed Shift 250GB PS3 bundle (pictured below) in the new gray box.

To quote, roughly translated: "The first pack PS3 slim for this week arrives. And it's Need for Speed Shift that opens the ball.

For the occasion, the console will host a 250GB hard drive + play NFS shift. Not forgetting of course the Dual Shock 3. All for 349.99 euros in all good retailers.

You can get a 250gb PS3 with Shift and Resident evil 5 for £299 on shopto.net uk only i think. They have quite a few good deals on there.

They should play PS1 games but not PS2. Sony have basically said they wont make the PS3, PS2 compatible because PS2 sales are still pretty good and that apparantly for the PS3 to emulate a PS2 uses far more resources than the PS3 and handle.
