Can i use it on PC with PS2 games emulation?

Does anyone know how to get this driver installed? The readme.txt is unreadable and whenever I plug the PS3 controller into the PC, it shows up in device manager as an HID Compliant Bluetooth Mouse and even when I try to update the drivers manually it doesn't accept them... any ideas?
